Omorfi Poli

Nestled in the heart of Nafplio's historic old town, the charming neoclassical Omorfi Poli Pension is a 19th-century building that has been recently renovated. Located right by the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation and the charming port, the pension is just a minute's walk from the central square (Syntagmatos Square).

With seven elegantly decorated rooms, the pension offers a calming and relaxing environment for guests. Each room is named after its unique characteristics and has its own private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a sunny balcony. Visitors will be able to experience the rich history and atmosphere of Nafplio.

The pension is located in a pedestrian-friendly area just steps away from the port and surrounded by Nafplio's historic neoclassical houses. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the old town, shopping, or simply enjoying the comfort and coziness of the city.

World-renowned tourist attractions, museums, Arvanitia beach, and the stairs to the famous Palamidi castle are easily accessible on foot. The bus station and taxis are just a few minutes away, while free parking can be found at a nearby public lot.

The four apartments, located just a few steps from the main pension building, have also been recently refurbished and are in the same pedestrian area. They are designed with minimal lines and earth tones that blend in with the adjacent buildings and offer a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Each apartment comes with a kitchen, balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, USB port, and a sofa bed for an additional person.

The house dates back to 1860 when the sea walls were demolished and Amalia's avenue was built. The neighborhood of the coast was created and the neoclassical buildings were mainly used as shops and warehouses. The street where the pension is located, Emmanouil Sofroni, was the main street of the district and was dedicated to Mr. Emmanouil Sofronis, a military doctor and mayor of Nafplio from 1925-1929.

During World War II, the Italian forces occupied the house and used the upper floor as living space and the ground floor as a kitchen and restaurant. Today, the ground floor houses the hotel's bistro where guests can enjoy breakfast and socialize. Breakfast is available from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and can be ordered at the reception the night before.

For hotel guests, breakfast is priced at 9.00 EUR per adult and 6.00 EUR per child.
